Lesson Policy

Updated

  1. Scheduling

    • Lessons are arranged at a time that works for both of us.
    • We’ll always start and finish at the agreed time.
    • If you’re running late, the lesson will still need to end on time.
  2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
    • If I ever need to cancel, I’ll offer a new time or a full refund for that lesson.
  3. Payments

    • Lessons are paid in advance.
    • Packages of multiple lessons should be used within a set time frame (e.g. 3 months from your first lesson).
  4. Online Lessons (if applicable)

    • You’ll need a good internet connection, webcam, and audio setup.
    • If tech issues happen on your side, the lesson may count as taken.
    • If the issue is on my side, we’ll simply reschedule.
  5. Learning Environment

    • Lessons work best in a quiet space where you can focus.
    • Respectful, positive communication helps us make the most of our time.
    • I reserve the right to stop lessons if behavior is inappropriate.
  6. Holidays & Breaks

    • Just let me know in advance if you’ll be away.
    • Lessons can be paused during holidays and picked up again later, depending on availability.
  7. Refunds

    • Refunds are only available if I need to cancel and can’t reschedule.
    • Unused lessons in a prepaid package are non-refundable, but may be transferred (with my agreement).
