Lesson Policy

Scheduling
- Lessons are arranged at a time that works for both of us.
- We’ll always start and finish at the agreed time.
- If you’re running late, the lesson will still need to end on time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
- If I ever need to cancel, I’ll offer a new time or a full refund for that lesson.

Payments
- Lessons are paid in advance.
- Packages of multiple lessons should be used within a set time frame (e.g. 3 months from your first lesson).

Online Lessons (if applicable)
- You’ll need a good internet connection, webcam, and audio setup.
- If tech issues happen on your side, the lesson may count as taken.
- If the issue is on my side, we’ll simply reschedule.

Learning Environment
- Lessons work best in a quiet space where you can focus.
- Respectful, positive communication helps us make the most of our time.
- I reserve the right to stop lessons if behavior is inappropriate.

Holidays & Breaks
- Just let me know in advance if you’ll be away.
- Lessons can be paused during holidays and picked up again later, depending on availability.

Refunds
- Refunds are only available if I need to cancel and can’t reschedule.
- Unused lessons in a prepaid package are non-refundable, but may be transferred (with my agreement).
